Does anyone know of an RNAseq dataset with a large number (min 5-10) of replicate - like the Bottomly et al 2011 dataset but with paired-end reads?

You can also look for RNASeq pair-end data of 6 replicates whose detail is provided in hisat publication

Same data is available for complete set of chromosomes, but just for the sake of reducing the pipeline execution time, they have taken a subset of data.
