HISAT2 vs tophat
Hi everyone,
do exist some meta-analysis of a data analysis study about how much used is HISAT2? I know that tophat is obsolete, but i dont find information about how reliable HISAT2 is (I'm not talking about the differences in the algorithm between them or that HISAT2 works faster than Tophat)

According to google scholar it seems to be cited in 500+ papers since 2017.
