Different TCGA file IDs with same the Sample ID

Hi everyone,

I have recently downloaded miRNA sequencing data of LUAD project from TCGA. However, there seems to be some File IDs which corresponds to the same Sample ID. How should I handle them? Take the Average? Thanks in advance.
