Get sequences for KEGG by EC and taxa
Hi everyone
I need to download all gene sequences for an enzyme, but I need only retrieves for bacteria, archaea and fungi. ¿There is a way to obtain this data from KEGG?
Actually I'm doing this through ncbi from entrez direct command line application, but for the purposes of my work KEGG seems to be a more useful database.
