Affymetrix Soybean Gene 1.1 ST Array PROBES IDs to Ensembl transcripts IDs
Hi!
I am trying to perform a differential expression analysis of microarray Soybean data, I wanted to use Ensembl ID information but I haven't been able to find the microarrays probe ID matched to Ensembl IDs.
Does anyone knows how could I retrieved them? Maybe using biomaRt package in R?

Have you looked at the affymetrix annotation website https://www.affymetrix.com/analysis/index.affx ? They usually have both a database for looking up annotation for any probe set as well as a download section for downloading files of annotated probes (i.e. which gene /transcript ids match which probes).
