How to rank differentially expressed genes (output from EBSeq)?

Hi, How to rank differentially expressed genes? I used EBSeq to find DE genes. Thanks

r rna-seq rna-seq

From the manual it says:

The genes are ranked by their cross-condition mean (adjusted by the normalization factors)

Why do you want to rank the genes for? You could use the logFC or the FDR to rank your genes. Are you looking for a command in R to do this?
