high number of DEGs detected using EBSeq-HMM
written by statfaHi, I'm using EBSeq-HMM to find DE genes. The problem is among 17611 genes, 16139 genes are identified as DE which is very unusual. My …
From the manual it says:
Why do you want to rank the genes for? You could use the logFC or the FDR to rank your genes. Are you looking for a command in R to do this?
