k means for differential gene cluster

Hi, I am analysising the data after RNA seq, and want to plot the clusters of gene expression generated by the k-means algorithm. And the column of the data is time series. How should I do? my thought is first performing the k means algorithm and follow by the label by k means to plot the image one by one. but which package or what kind of methods should I use?
