Assign taxonomy to protein fasta file

I downloaded a large (50 Mb) protein fasta file from InterPro.

It has functional annotation, but I need taxonomical information as well.

Is there a tool that can assign taxonomy based on protein sequences?

I think you can BLAST them against nr and see where they came from, you should get 100% identity
