MATLAB Volcano Plot
Whenever I am trying to plot volcano plot in MATLAB the plot show zero unregulated data. I am taking two sample GEO- GSE73486.

No I want to Use MATLAB, i had already used R but in MATLAB volcano plot are generated with more detailed. So any one having idea about MATLAB volcano plot than please suggest me.
Please provide a reproducible example with all the code used.

Yes But it only showing down regulated.
In MATLAB we need to take Data X , Data Y and P Values, but i am cofused about the Data X and Y(which data should i take)
