ENSDAR genes to MGI symbols

Has any good tool to convert the ENSDAR gene names in MGI symbols?

I assume ENSDAR refers to zebrafish genes in Ensembl and MGI to the Mouse Genome informatics database. If so, what you want is find the mouse orthologs of the fish genes. You can do this using Ensembl's BioMart or its perl API. Ensembl uses MGI symbols for the mouse genes.
