I have search motifs found in a single product now i have to separate those multiple motifs, but manually it takes a lot of time so if any one knows about any easy method then please tell me. For Example:- i have search motif at motif search tool with folowing sequences

and a list of motifs are found in Prosite, NCBI CDD, and Pfam. I only want to extract motifs in which a common enzyme is found.
