Hi I have to list of genes and i want to compare them for function in growth and other pathway? its to better in visualization. anyone know what tools may help me in this way? Thanks

David and Enrichr are very powerful tools. Enrichr checks many databases but also you can chackout KEGG and Reactome directly too. both of them have visualisation. KEGG's data is provided manually and it is more reputable.

Thank you, can you tell me which one of these sites have tools to capable when we give them a list of genes, in output weight (for example give a value between 0 to 1) my genes in specific pathway like in growth or birth weight, i want to know how much my genes are important in specific pathway.
