how to use sixpack command in unix
hi,
I am looking to translate a file contain nucleic acid sequence to amino acid sequence using sixpack command in UNIX, but I struggle in writing the command, please any help.

You'll need to be a bit more specific with regard to what you aim to get and how that doesn't work.
You should normally specify where a program originates from since there may be multiple programs with same/similar names. I assume this is from
