Can someone please help me in selecting genes for my study that is to study the expression profiles of a few genes involved during in vitro morphogenetic responses in Azadirachta indica (Neem tree). we want to see the mechanism of expression of key genes involved in callus initiation, somatic embryogenesis and during shoot and root morphogenesis. I am new to this so any help would be appreciable. we have not specified key genes yet plus the transcriptome of this tree has been done recently.
