snp igv integrative genome viewer
Hello everyone
I'm new on IGV. I have vcf files. I'm looking for SNP's. I need to copy each sequences of my ten individuals. But when I selected an area which is incluiding snp position, I can not copy each sequences series at the same time. I need alternate and references sequences separately. But igv allows me copy sequences just belongs to references. I'm looking forward to your answer. thank you so much
