TCGA methylation data format for COHCAP

Hello, I want to use TCGA methylation data in COHCAP GUI to find DEM. But not able to understand, how to convert TCGA methylation data into the required file format of COHCAP. In this regards, can anybody help me to find the ways to do it?

Can you please confirm that you have looked through the COHCAP manual and also confirm the format of the TCGA data that you have downloaded?
