Hello, I am focusing on the stomach cancer data from TCGA, I hope someone could know where can I find patient's molecular classification? I mean TCGA found stomach cancer patients can be classified into EBV, MSI, GS, and CIN four subgroup, where can I find which subgroup an identical patient belonged to in the TCGA cohort? I downloaded the clinical information but I can not find T_T highly appreciated!

It may simply not be available - I'm not sure. For things like breast and endometrial cancer, which I have analysed, I do not believe that the TCGA record these types of molecular parameters. The researchers analysing the data certainly do have them recorded, but perhaps not explicitly assigned a molecular classifier to each patient in their published works.
You should nevertheless check the clinical data on the TCGA GDC Legacy Archive
They have a wealth of clinical information there, including pathology slide images in SVS format.
