Dear all,

i think its a noob question. Have downloaded a GO file annotation. with 1st column: name of the genome version, 2nd column: gene ID, 3rd column: GO term. What i need is to filter these genes/GO for the ones belonging only to Biological Process. Could you tell me how to do that? i was searching for a file with GO and its relative class (BP, MF, CC) to grep from. Dont know if makes any difference, but im referring to plants, specifically to maize.
