What do these 10X Genomics sequencing metrics mean?
Some papers report their 10X Genomics barcoded short-reads dataset summary metrics. I can not find the meaning of some metrics on 10X Genomics website.
- Mean Barcode Richness
- Mean Barcode Size
What does Barcode Richness and Barcode Size mean here?

Sorry, I have never heard of them. It would be best to contact the authors of the manuscript or 10x Genomics, just to be sure.
