Hi all, i am conducting whole exome sequencing using GATK and I wanted the VCF for known indels and a BED file for exome analysis.

Is there an known Indel file for hg38 and also a BED for the same. I am finding the InDel file for GrCh37 but I wanted to hg38.

Any pointers appreciated a lot.
