How to perform GWAS for mapping plant disease resistant gene?

Hello, My name is Anik. I am new to this website. I want to perform genome-wide association mapping for plant disease-resistant genes. Since this field is new to me, I have no clue to how to start or from where to start. I have both the genetic and phenotypic data. Can anyone give me a head start on how to start with the GWAS? How to fix the GWAS pipeline?

I am looking forward to your suggestions.
