Recommend tools to Identify splice site regulatory elements
Hi,
Can anyone recommend tools that are specifically developed to identify splicing regulatory elements (SREs)? Would like to know what tool is commonly used for this purpose. I found CoSREM. However, it doesn't seem to be commonly used by researchers.
