Loss of Heterozygosity tools for WGS / WES samples
Hi,
Although, there are many tools available for loss of heterozygosity (LOH) in paired samples (tumor and non-tumor), whether they are WGS or WES.
But, I am wondering is there any LOH tool available for disease other than cancer, for example, I have WGS and WES family data of hematological disorder. I am hesitating to use any tool that detects LOH specific for cancer WGS / WES samples.
Your suggestion is required.
