Quality controls with plink
Hello everyone! I would like to ask you if you know how to perform these checks below for data from an array: QC Individuals: Grouping with low call rate for chromosome. QC markers: Matrix of complete faults or reduced call rates; MAF = 0% (monomorphic markers).
