News: LinkedOmics - a web portal for TCGA/CPTAC data
LinkedOmics is a new portal for multi-omics data (TCGA and CPTAC). There is an associated publication from Nucleic Acids Research for this resource.
Note: Posting this here since there is always an interest in accessing TCGA data in easy format. Am not associated with this project.
