Fix Mate Information to PE library

Hello, I have a paired end library, and I want to fix them after my BWA-MEM alignment on galaxy, however I used "FixMate information" in Picard, this is a good option? or Should I try anything else? maybe "Add or Replace Read goups also in picard"?
