Can you create BLAST files from custom PPI interactions?

So I have a PPI interaction which is a file in which there is a protein interaction every line separated by a tab.

For example:

38492 83293 98304 83294

98304 37349

shows 3 interactions. Is there any way I can get the blast file of this interaction?
