Gviz methylation + LD plot
Is there any working example out there using BiomartGeneRegionTrack to plot human methylation + LD data in a specified genomic segment? Or do I have to build it from scratch from a ftp'ed dataset?

The Ensemble Helpdesk responded
We do not currently have the methylation data here nor do we have the LD information. In the Ensemble browser this information is calculated on the fly, so it is difficult to incorporate into the stable BioMart database.
So we have to stick to the UCSC example as given in the Gviz User Guide p73.
