What's everyone's take on MSC (Mutation Significance Cutoff)?
Hiya, Computational Biology undergrad in an asian university.
I was wondering if anyone has experience with MSC. Wanted to know if it actually is better than SIFT and Polyphen like it's being reported. I was surprised SIFT and Polyphen was reported as being so horribly inaccurate I wanted to know how people actually thought of MSC -- which the paper is saying is infinitely superior.
