MEGA is adding unspecified characters at the end of some sequences during MSA.
I'm doing MSA of protein sequences in MEGA through MUSCLE and after alignment I'm finding ° at the end of a few sequences. Even after deleting these characters, they are appearing next time also. Why MEGA is adding °characters at the end of some sequences during MSA?
