Finding GO terms for an organism not in a GO database
I'm trying to find the GO terms for my bacterium on AmiGO, but my organism is not listed in the species list. I've tried other websites with the same issue; any ideas as to what I'm doing wrong?

Not my area of expertise but you could try http://bacteria.ensembl.org/index.html to get a list gene in your bacteria. Then use that list along with the most closely related nacteria that does exist in AmiGO to do what you intended. I am sure if there is an easier way that someone will offer up.
