RNAseq on viral positive samples

Hi all,

Does anybody know of RNA-seq datasets that are viral positive. I am looking for EBV positive samples preferably. I have the TCGA datasets and have ran it already but looking for other datasets.

I found WES data on EBV positive here: https://ega-archive.org/studies/EGAS00001000153

and have been looking on NCBI too:

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sra

Have you tried googling for epstein-barr rnaseq? In addition to several papers (some of them providing accession numbers to data), I found the EBV Portal.

Thanks.I looked at the EBV portal. I am looking for tumor samples , not EBV infected cell lines. FASTQ data for human tumor samples is what I am using for my analysis.
