How to predict the targets of Long noncoding RNA
I identified a new long noncoding RNA and want to know its function. First i would like to predict the targets of the LncRNA. Does anyone know some good approaches to do that. Thank you very much

Thank you @geek_y and @kristoffer.vittingseerup. I am wondering whether there are some methods( software or online service), like predicting the targets of miRNAs, to predict the possible targets that long non coding RNA could interact with.

If you have large sample size, you could find co-expressed genes.
Unfortunatly the only other option is to knock it down/out and compare before/after with a method like RNAseq.
