Lositan problem with big number of populations

Hello! I'm doing the outlier analysis using Lositan program on Windows (I used the large marker version: ~15000 loci and 125 populations), but I'm having troubles with that. For some reason Lositan freezes at the Running simulation stage (First similation pass to determine initial neutral set stage if "Neutral" mean Fst option was selected).

Any idea how I could fix this error?
