Ploidy data in TCGA
Hi guys, I am looking for ploidy data in TCGA. Does anyone know if such data are available? It seems that in the Level 3 CNA data description they mention purity/ploidy but when I download the files I can't find anything else other than segments and segment mean. Many thanks in advance.

I have anaysed a lot of TCGA data myself, but never specifically saw ploidy data. Purity, I have seen mentioned in the clinical data, but nothing concrete.
