How do I extract list of sequences given their IDs ?
I have a couple thousand sequence ids and I want to extract their nucleotide/protein sequences. I have tried biomart to extract sequences for human, but here I need something that is not listed in biomartdb (eg of these seqIDSs are : SS1G_08957,SS1G_08957,SS1G_06207,SS1G_08957,SS1G_10704). Can someone please suggest me the easiest way to extract these sequences?

These IDs seem to be for Sclerotinia sclerotiorum genes. This species is a fungus and available in Ensembl fungi. Use the BioMart there.
