Error while installing RSeQC
Hello,
I am trying to install RSeQC in Linux machine from source. I am constantly getting following error:
ImportError: No module named bx.bitset
Can someone help me? Thanks in advance.

Can you also specify what flavor of linux you are installing this on?
I am using ubuntu for installation of the software
