segPlot in fastseg
Hi,
I have a matrix which has more than 500 rows (cytobands) and more than 200 columns (samples). I use segmentation for each sample by using package "fastseg" and I visualize this segmentation using segplot. But I want to show names of cytobands on the x-axis. How can I do? Has anybody known about that? Thank you, Indigofera
