require upload file into TRAPID

I am using TRAPID For a specific purpose. I need to upload my assembled transcript file. THe web tool has the limitation of 32 MB maximum size. MY file is 209 MB and after compression it is 36 mb. Other way to upload is to do it through FTP. How could get the file upload from FTPm client like filezilla.
