how to verify cis-eQTL results
I have performed a cis eQTL in tumor tissue in breast cancer, I got some results and I don't know if these results are meaningful or not is there a reference of cis-eQTL in tumor tissue for breast cancer so that i can compare my results ?

Hi, Have you solve the question about the validation? I also encountered the same problem, i have identified 10 thousand significatn cis-QTLs with FDR < 0.05. But, my sample is very small, i am suspicious about the results.
So, if you have any experience, please let me know.
