How to define tax priors properly to calculate MRCAs with Beast2

I wonder if somebody can clarify me if for calculating a MRCA between two groups (for example, humans and chimps), I have to pass in the prior all my chimps and human samples to the right, or on the contrary, if I have to separate them (only pass one of them). A rapid answer would be really appreciated. Thanks!
