Hi everybody, I am currently working on the HLA typing of chimeric mixtures post transplantation. I performed amplicon sequencing of HLA-A and B of exons 2 and 3. (MiSeq, paired-end, 251 cycles) I used Optitype for the HLA typing of the recipient, which works fine. Now I have the problem to find a suitable software for the typing of the donor post transplantation in chimeric mixtures of the recipient and the donor. Can anyone recommend a low-priced software to me, which is able to detect the rare alleles of the donor in a mixture?
