PCR : genes vs pseudogenes

Hi everyone,

I was wondering : How is it possible to be sure while doing a PCR to get the desired gene instead of a pseudogenes ???

There will be differences in the sequence - so you have to get clever when designing your primers. Probably not the best forum for a PCR design based question. Try Protocol Online or similar.
