Metastases genomic data
I'm in need of some metastases data. Ideally RNA-seq and CN for endometrial or breast cancer. I've scouted TCGA for those two (by metastases code in the TCGA code), but haven't found any.
Is there some database/repository/something else that might contain them or am I missing something on TCGA?
