Hi, AutoDock tools users
I have used both AutoDock vina and AutoDock tools on Ubuntu 14.04 and OSX (10.9).
Because the use of them is now required on Win 10, I set up by using the latest installer .exe file. I installed them without any error messages, and then conducted docking simulation using the data that I had used the analysis on Mac/Linux, obtaining the highly similar results.
However, I have a problem in the visualizing step on AutoDock tools. Though the PDBQT files of both a protein and a ligand were imported, those structures are not shown as " correct " images: " correct " means " without clear and color ".
I appreciate any comment and troubleshooting !
