Hello, I am searching for sample Boolean network models used in various works to use as examples. I have found several in the citations by this paper: http://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0001672 for example. But the problem is that all the authors use different representations and various formats for the transition rules. I would like to make some analysis among various practically applied Boolean network models, but picking them one by one and converting them to an unified format would be tedious. Is there some sort of catalog, a list of used Boolean network models in an unified format somewhere?
