CPM and FPKM value
Hello everyone!
I'm working my RNA-Seq date and I'm using EgdeR to analyse differential gene expression among samples.
I would like to know more about CPM - counts per million - and its relationship with FPKM. What's the difference between them? Is there any way to convert a CPM value to FPKM value?
