Hi,

I would like to do Gene ontology enrichment analysis at isoform level(not gene level). I have table that links each transcripts to SwissProt protein names as follows:

ENST00000335137.3 Q8NH21 Q8NH21
ENST00000426406.2 Q6IEY1 Q6IEY1
ENST00000332831.3 Q6IEY1 Q6IEY1
ENST00000342066.7 Q96NU1 Q96NU1
ENST00000327044.6 Q9Y3T9 Q9Y3T9
ENST00000338591.7 Q6TDP4 Q6TDP4
ENST00000379410.7 Q494U1 Q494U1
ENST00000379409.6 Q494U1 Q494U1

I was wondering whether someone can help me to do Go analysis at transcript level?

To my knowledge currently there are no resource supporting isoform level GO enrichment analysis. You have to use your gene names from your isoforms to perform go enrichment analysis.

There are also less studies/resource where they find diverse functions by isoforms of same gene, example.
