Protein PDB ID
I have the uniprot accession number for a couple of proteins and I would like to get their PDB Id. (I've also tried doing the blast using the swiss model online tool, but the template identities were really low) How do I go about it?

Uniprot provides the id conversion tools from uniprot-> pdb or other structure databases. http://www.uniprot.org/uploadlists/
