How to draw many graphs in one graph in Cytoscape with different colors ?

Dear all,

I have around 10 subgraphs, my goal is to draw those graphs in one graph in Cytoscape by using 10 colors for further analysis!

I search in google but found nothing helpful! So plz if anyone has an idea about how to draw them using different colors? any links or pdf or ...

In Cytoscape, you can use styles to color-code some attributes. So load all your networks with an attribute that distinguish them and then use styles to assign colors based on this attribute.
